• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Custom, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Warranty Information

All eligible products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

• The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
