Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your package. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, and a confirmation will be sent via email.
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging, labels, and tags intact.
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved. Customers will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped. If you cancel before processing, a 15% cancellation fee may be applied to cover restocking and refund processing costs.

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for: items damaged by the customer, items with missing or altered components, returns made without a valid RMA, or orders returned for reasons such as changing your mind or finding a lower price elsewhere.
